For 15 years Verdego worked as the primary store designer designing over 200 stores nationwide for the Boardriders brands including Quiksilver, Roxy, DC shoes and NVRBRKN. Verdego started with Quiksilver at the beginning when they only had a handful of stores. By working closely as a team we were able to bring the lifestyle of the California beach culture into the built environment. Verdego developed the interior design, the architecture for stand-alone projects, the materials throughout the space, the floor plan layout, the display designs, and merchandising fixtures. Custom elements were also created by bringing local artists collaborations.
